With Gourministeriet I want to inspire you and share my best recipes, serving ideas and food experiences with you. I’ll also be posting restaurant recommendations and, not least, plenty of photos of all the good food we cook ourselves or are served.

“I hope you’ll find plenty of inspiration for your next session in the kitchen – on my blog you’ll find everything from quick and easy weeknight dinners to the slightly bigger weekend projects.”
Dianna Brinch
At home we care a great deal about good ingredients, organic produce and quality, and we make a point of shopping locally and supporting the smaller specialist shops.
We’re also keen on reducing food waste, and we cook a great many good meals from the leftovers in the fridge.
We also appreciate everything we can grow ourselves in the garden, and so we’ve got hens in the garden too. The whole family loves them, and it’s lovely to produce our own organic eggs while our little two-legged friends potter about in the garden – so cosy.
A little about me
I started Gourministeriet in September 2019, and it has really taken off since then. It has grown into a wealth of recipes and a lot of lively activity on the blog, on Pinterest and on my Instagram profile.

I’m married to Jes – we’ve been together since 2007, and we’ve both always had a soft spot for good food.
The passion certainly hasn’t faded over time, and our skills have improved considerably over the years, too😉
Together we have two lovely girls – Alberte, born in 2013, and Olivia, born in 2016 – along with our English bulldog, Mogens.
I hope you’ll follow along – feel free to leave comments and questions on the recipes or send me an email with a good idea. I’ll reply as quickly as I can.
Enjoy😊
Best wishes
Dianna
