Cheesecake recipes

Cheesecakes are, I have to admit, one of my great passions in the dessert kitchen.
I love the flavour, the texture and the endless possibilities for variation – and not least the fact that a cheesecake is a very easy dessert to make.
A cheesecake can be made the day before you serve it, or even two days ahead – then all you need to do is decorate it just before serving.

Don’t let the gelatine in a cheesecake put you off – if you follow my recipe, I can almost promise you won’t find any lumps or strands of gelatine in your cream cheese filling.

If you’re after a quick cheesecake, try one of my recipes for cheesecake in a glass. They are made without gelatine and can be put together in under 15 minutes once your topping is ready.
