Pulled lamb bowl with cabbage, pesto and chilli dressing

A colourful salad with succulent pulled lamb, plenty of cabbage, pesto and chilli dressing, – an easy, satisfying and filling meal.
This salad tastes wonderful, and the crisp cabbage pairs beautifully with the juicy, tender meat, homemade pesto and chilli dressing.
I always top my salads with some kind of nut, as it adds a lovely crunch, and salted almonds are one of my firm favourites.
