A menu for anyone who loves Italian cooking and agrees that a pasta dish can be a luxury to serve on New Year’s Eve.
The risotto balls can be made ahead, breaded and frozen, so all that’s left is to deep-fry them just before serving.
They can also be cooked completely in advance and reheated in the oven before serving.
For the main course, you can choose the quick one with beef fillet, or the one with pork cheeks, which need to simmer for 2+ hours. Both are full of flavour and richness.
The dessert — a tiramisu, naturally.
Here you can choose the classic version made in one large dish, or make individual ones in glasses, ready to go straight to the table.
A menu that will take your Italian-food-loving heart on a wonderful journey of flavours.
