Flatbreads with Caesar courgette salad and crispy chicken are a winning combination of flavour and texture, which makes this dish a favourite for both lunch and dinner.
The chicken is coated in panko and fried until golden and crisp, giving a lovely contrast to the fresh courgette salad.
The courgette salad is made with thin ribbons of courgette tossed in a classic Caesar dressing. It is both fresh and substantial, and goes perfectly with the crisp flatbread and the chicken.
Serve these flatbreads as a quick and easy option when you want something flavourful and filling.
They are ideal for a light lunch or a relaxed dinner when you want to treat yourself and those closest to you to something a little special.
