Butter-fried bakskuld (Danish salted, dried and smoked dab) served with homemade remoulade and freshly baked Danish rye bread (rugbrød).
A very simple lunch dish that tastes absolutely wonderful.
Don’t expect your fishmonger to have bakskuld in stock, but most can order it in for you, and you should expect to pay around 20-40 DKK each, depending on size.
