Filled with my tuna salad with cottage cheese, topped with chilli mayo and something crisp like lettuce or microgreens, it is a sandwich that really satisfies both your taste buds and your appetite.
It is quick and easy to make, perfect for lunch, a light dinner or a meal on the go. And it is packed with protein, so it keeps you full for a long time.
Use a good wholemeal sandwich roll – or better still, try my recipe for homemade wholemeal panini rolls, which go perfectly with tuna salad and mayo click here for the panini rolls.
