A delicious pizza made with leftover cooked beef, ham and green pepper. The bases are, of course, spread with homemade pizza sauce and topped with plenty of fresh mozzarella plus a good handful of Parmesan.
I actually also had a little of this lovely marinade with sun-dried tomatoes left in the fridge from the day before, so the pizza got a couple of spoonfuls of that too, – but it is by no means a must.
Try topping it with leftover chicken, pork tenderloin or similar as well, – anything goes, and it is a great way to use up your leftovers.
If all you have is a raw steak, that works perfectly well too, – the meat will cook through in the oven if you cut it into strips.
