One pot pande lasagnette

One-pot pan lasagnette

Easy and satisfying pan lasagnette – a one-pot lasagne that can be made in just 30 minutes.
We love lasagne in our house; it is simply one of the whole family’s favourite dishes. But there isn’t always time for a classic lasagne with béchamel sauce, so I came up with this pan lasagnette, which uses many of the same ingredients but can be made in just half an hour.
One-pot lasagne, or lasagnette, really does taste wonderful – and it practically looks after itself most of the time.
It is gooey and comforting, and if you like, you can easily top it with a little béchamel sauce along with the mozzarella, which makes it extra creamy.
Pan lasagnette can be made with whichever type of pasta you prefer. I love the large pieces of broken lasagne sheets, but you can use the variety you like best.
Some types will need more liquid, but you can add that as you go.

Method

  • Heat a large frying pan and sauté the onion and garlic in a little oil.
  • Add the mince and brown it well, then season with salt and pepper.
  • Add the vegetables, dried herbs and tomato purée, and heat through for about a minute.
*I most often use carrot, celery and sweet pepper.
  • Pour in the chopped tomatoes, stock and milk/cream, stir together and bring to the boil.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  • Break the lasagne sheets into large pieces and stir them well into the sauce.
  • Turn down to a low to medium heat, put the lid on and let the dish simmer for about 15 minutes. Stir a couple of times along the way so the lasagne sheets get turned over.
If you feel the dish needs a little more liquid, you can easily stir some in as you go.
  • Scatter the mozzarella/burrata over the top together with the grated parmesan, put the lid on and let the dish stand for a further 5 minutes, or until the cheese has melted.
*The dish can also be finished in the oven (if your pan is ovenproof) for about 5 minutes at 220°C.
  • Top with fresh basil if you like, and serve.

    One pot pande lasagnette
    Til gratinering
    ▢1 mozzarella eller burrata
    ▢25 g parmesan, fintrevet

      TAK for din skønne feedback:)

      Warm wishes, Dianna

    Hej.
Kan man bruge anden slags pasta? Fx. Skruer mm?

    • Hej Jannie

      Warm wishes, Dianna
