A quick and easy recipe for an Asian-style noodle stir-fry with minced pork and an Asian marinade – simple and really delicious.
This stir-fry comes together in no time, and it tastes wonderful.
There is plenty of garlic and fresh ginger in it – and a marinade made with oyster sauce, soy sauce and lime, among other things. Lots of flavour packed into a simple Asian noodle dish.
Minced pork works beautifully in Asian dishes: it is juicy and full of flavour, and gives the dish a pleasantly mild finish.
In this dish you can easily swap the oyster sauce for hoisin or teriyaki, for example – it is entirely up to you.
Serve the dish with a bowl of edamame beans, steamed fine green beans, broccoli or similar.
Noodles with minced pork

- 4-500 g minced pork

- Heat a frying pan and fry the mince in a good glug of oil. Season with freshly ground pepper.Sesame oil gives a lovely flavour – but use what you have.
- Add the garlic, chilli, ginger and half the spring onions and fry for a couple of minutes, then add the sesame seeds.Meanwhile, cook the noodles according to the packet instructions.
- Pour the marinade over the meat and add a little of the noodle cooking water too – start with 100 ml.Stir well and let it heat through.
- Add the noodles, ideally straight from the cooking water, and toss them with the meat in the pan.Add more cooking water if needed.
- Add the remaining spring onions and taste to see whether you want more soy sauce, lime or oyster sauce.
- Serve immediately – with some steamed vegetables, if you like.

Hej Christian
Den kan sagtens fryses ja:)
Pøj pøj med operationen 🙂
Warm wishes, Dianna
kan man godt undlade sesam?:)
Skøn ret, med meget smag. Virkelig lækker.
Hej Ulla
Hejsa
Sikken en skam, men godt du fik puttet ekstra marinade på 🙂
Dbh Dianna
