An easy sandwich with serrano ham, mozzarella, tomato, avocado and pesto – a sandwich in the style of the Joe & The Juice serrano.
A sandwich you can throw together in under 10 minutes, and one that works just as well for lunch as for dinner.
There are plenty of different sandwich rolls to choose from in the shops – café rolls, flatbreads and the like. Depending on which type you pick, you may not get through a whole mozzarella, for instance, as the rolls vary quite a bit in size.
If you watch my video just above the recipe, you will probably notice that I forget to put the avocado slices in my sandwich – oops;-) But they do belong in there, and it tastes terrific.
