Crisp bruschetta topped with fresh tomatoes and garlic tossed in truffle oil – a delicious twist on the classic tomato bruschetta.
I love truffle – fresh truffles, truffle spread and not least truffle oil. I love being able to season a dish with a clean, mild note of truffle; it suits so many dishes.
These bruschetta could easily be topped with plenty of grated truffle too, but that is of course a matter of taste.
This recipe is built around a mild, delicate truffle flavour.
