Whole roast free-range chicken with hasselback potatoes and mushroom sauce, – that was one of the things on the menu at our house last week.
Jes popped in to our favourite butcher, Slagter Lundgaard in Humlebæk, and came home with a big, beautiful free-range chicken, – and what a bird it was. It won’t be long before we make one like this again.
