Crisp croquettes made with leftover roast duck and boiled potatoes – perfect as a snack, a starter or as part of a tapas spread.
You can make them with confit duck or roast duck, both work beautifully in the croquettes, and it’s a great way to give the leftovers a lift.
They take hardly any time to make, and they taste wonderful.
Make a homemade mayonnaise, or use a good shop-bought mayonnaise – both work well.

I stedet for at fritere dem, kunne de så steges i olie i æbleskivepanden?
Hej Hanne
Ja det var da en god ide 🙂
Warm wishes, Dianna
