Creamy green goddess dressing – a dressing packed with green vegetables, nuts and parmesan. It tastes wonderful and is essentially very close to a fine, creamy pesto – just a little milder in flavour.
Green goddess dip – serve it as a salad dressing, as a dip for meat, vegetables and tortilla chips, or as a spread in a sandwich.
It tastes SO good, and keeps well in the fridge for 2-3 days in an airtight container.
The consistency of your green goddess dressing is really up to you – you adjust it with water at the end. I prefer it soft and creamy, and not too runny, but make it the way you like it.
If it is to be served as a dip, though, I would recommend not making it too thin. After a spell in the fridge it may thicken a little; simply stir in a splash of water to loosen it again.

Fantastisk – Tror det går at fryse den ned i mindre portioner?
