Easy, tasty tortilla pizza topped with mozzarella, chorizo and fresh salad.
Tortilla pizza takes no time to make, – 15-20 minutes and dinner is on the table 🙂 They need 10-12 minutes in the oven, and they take no time at all to throw together.
This combination of thinly sliced chorizo, mozzarella and onion is really good, and topped with fresh salad, chilli sauce and dressing just before serving, it is hard to beat 🙂
Tortilla pizza, – you might think it would turn out dry, but it absolutely doesn’t. The base gets crisp while keeping a pleasantly chewy texture, – and the baked tortillas simply taste wonderful.
Tortilla pizzas are easy to fold up and eat by hand, – but of course you can also cut them into slices like an ordinary pizza.
Serve your tortilla pizza with a bowl of salad on the side.
If you’re really hungry, you might manage more than 2 small ones or 1 large, – so just adjust the recipe as needed.
Tortilla pizza with chorizo and salad
Ingredients
- 8 small tortillas – or 4 large
- 150 ml pizza sauce – try this recipe
- 100 g chorizo, preferably thinly sliced
- 200 g grated mozzarella – perhaps a little more if you use large tortillas
- 1 onion, sliced into rings
- 4 handfuls mixed salad leaves
- Chilli sauce and dressing, optional
Method
- Spread the tortillas with pizza sauce, – sprinkle with cheese and top with chorizo and onion.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C conventional (top and bottom heat), or 180°C fan, for about 10-12 minutes. If you bake 2 trays at once, you will of course need to use the fan setting, – and I would also recommend swapping the trays round once the pizzas are a little over halfway through baking. The tortilla pizzas should be golden and crisp at the edges.
- Let them rest for a moment on a wire rack when they come out, then top with a little mixed salad and, if you like, chilli sauce and dressing.

Hej Inge
Det er egentlig blot til inspiration. Jeg bruger gerne fra supermarkedet, da mængden jeg bruger er så lige 🙂
