A classic Italian recipe for bolognese. Extremely simple, as many Italian dishes are – in fact, it is mainly the tomatoes and the meat that give this bolognese its flavour. Dried herbs and spices are banned! That said, we also have our own favourite bolognese, which has everything you know from a classic Danish bolognese, and more besides.
