Slaktaren Lomma

The restaurant is beautifully done out – dark and rustic, yet with a cosiness and warmth that looked wonderful on a lovely summer evening.

During the day they serve a lunch that changes from day to day, and in the evening there is a tempting menu, naturally with plenty of big steaks.

They dry-age the meat themselves, which is why you will also find a huge display cabinet filled with the finest cuts right next to the large open kitchen.

The menu also offers a vegetarian option as well as fish, plus plenty of delicious sides you can add to your meal.

The food was simply superb. I had the salmon, and it tasted incredible – so tender and juicy, and cooked to perfection.

At the bar they mix excellent cocktails – they know their produce, their wines and their service.

It was a wonderful experience, and we will definitely be visiting Slaktaren again.
