Roasted hazelnuts

Roasted hazelnuts are incredibly easy to make, and they taste wonderful.
The flavour of hazelnuts changes markedly when they are roasted: they take on a warm, nougat-like taste, and personally I think they taste much better and far more intense – and they turn deliciously crisp.
