A delicious white pizza with mascarpone, mozzarella, gorgonzola and pear. Once baked, it is topped with walnuts, soft-stemmed thyme, rocket and balsamic cream/glaze. A wonderful combination of flavours, and a pizza that will no doubt be on the table many times to come.
