Pineapple Margarita – A fresh, thirst-quenching summer drink with tequila, pineapple and lime.
Pineapple Margarita is a fresh, tropical twist on the classic margarita – light, thirst-quenching and just right on a hot summer’s day.
It takes only a few ingredients: pineapple juice, tequila, Cointreau and freshly squeezed lime come together beautifully. The result is a cocktail with a lovely balance between the sweetness of the pineapple and the fresh acidity of the lime, which makes it both easy to drink and genuinely refreshing.
It’s one of those drinks that is very easy to make, yet still feels a little special and exotic – perfect when you want to serve something that tastes of sunshine and holidays.
As always, you can adjust the balance to your own taste – perhaps you’d like a little more acidity from the lime, or a rounder sweetness from the pineapple.
