An ultra-easy pasta with a lovely spiced tomato sauce – simple and full of flavour. A dish you can make in just 20 minutes, but if you have the time, the tomato sauce is all the better for simmering for 30 minutes or more.
Serve it with your favourite pasta and a generous grating of Parmesan on top – it doesn’t get easier than that.
Not only is this pasta with tomato sauce really easy to make, it is also very economical – it calls for just a handful of ingredients and is perfect for the week’s vegetarian meal.
If the family prefers a piece of meat, I would suggest some pan-fried chicken – it goes really well with the tomato sauce.
Any leftover tomato sauce freezes well.

Virkelig lækker. Tilføjede dog 3 (blendede) soltørrede tomater og lidt revet citronskal for mere dybde.
