If you love a quick, flavourful pasta dish, this spaghetti with enoki mushrooms and beef is a must-try. It takes only 20-25 minutes to make, but it tastes like something that has been simmering away for hours.
It pairs tender cubes of beef with the savoury umami of enoki mushrooms, and white wine and cream give it a silky, creamy sauce. The sauce clings to the pasta perfectly and gives a light yet rich finish that makes this dish completely irresistible.
Use a good cut of beef, as it is only cooked briefly – that makes all the difference.
A simple recipe with few ingredients but maximum flavour.
