Ravioli with Osso Buco, Sage and Truffle

Homemade ravioli filled with tender, slow-cooked osso buco stirred through with mascarpone, topped with sage butter and plenty of fresh truffle.
This is quite simply a meal out of the ordinary — it tastes wonderful, and it is really quite straightforward to make.
The most time-consuming parts are the simmering time for the osso buco and the resting time for the pasta — everything else needn’t take much more than half an hour. A lovely meal for any pasta lover, and for anyone who is simply mad about truffles.

      Warm wishes, Dianna
