Minced beef stir-fry

Minced beef stir-fry with sweetheart cabbage and peppers – an easy wok dish with minced beef.

This minced beef stir-fry is quick to make, packed with flavour and crisp vegetables – and it’s on the table in just 20 minutes. It’s easy everyday cooking at its very best.
The minced beef is browned well in a hot pan so it develops plenty of flavour and lightly caramelised edges. Then garlic and fresh ginger go in, along with shredded sweetheart cabbage (pointed cabbage), spring onions and peppers. Everything is stir-fried only briefly, so the vegetables keep their colour, bite and juiciness.
Then the stir-fry sauce is stirred in, and it’s ready to serve.

Serve with steaming rice, noodles or simply as it is – perhaps with a little extra veg if you have something in the fridge that needs using up. This is a dish that’s easy to adapt, quick to make and always a hit at the dinner table.

    Dejlig ret, nem at lave.

Mega lækker. Jeg erstattede spidskål med pak choi

  3. Mange tak. Endnu et spørgsmål 🙂
Er det sød basilikum eller holy basil? 🙂

      Warm wishes, Dianna

  4. Hvilke nudler bruger du i denne opskrift? 🙂
