Grilled pariserbøf (Danish beef patty on toast) with all the trimmings

The ultimate grilled pariserbøf (Danish beef patty on toast) with all the trimmings and then some – it tastes absolutely wonderful and works just as well for lunch as for dinner.
Here it is served on grilled bread and topped with all the classic accompaniments, plus pickled red onions and pickled mustard seeds, which go beautifully with the smoky flavour from the grill.
We made the patties from the finest minced beef from Fanø – Black Angus. It is full of flavour and character, and we can really recommend it if you are in that part of the country 😉
