This creamy salsa dressing is the perfect combination of freshness and full flavour.
With a base of crème fraîche and mayonnaise, blended with salsa and fresh lime juice, you get a dressing with a lovely rounded flavour and a smooth, creamy consistency.
The dressing is quick to make and goes with everything from Mexican-inspired salads and tacos to quesadillas, wraps and pitta bread. It also makes a great dip for vegetable sticks or tortilla chips. A little freshly ground pepper and salt lifts the flavour, so it is ready to enjoy – ridiculously easy and seriously good.
