Quick and easy pasta with herb and garlic cream cheese (Danish pikantost), bacon, peas and fresh tomatoes. It is very easy to make and tastes wonderful.
The dish can be on the table in under 25 minutes, and it is creamy and mild in flavour – perfect for the whole family.
Easy pasta dishes are something I really love, especially on busy weekdays when things need to move quickly without compromising on flavour.
This creamy pasta is full of flavour, yet it is made with relatively few ingredients.
The pasta is best served with a good handful of Parmesan on top, and preferably a little extra fresh basil or chopped parsley.
