A fresh, flavourful pizza built on a good Caesar salad.
The Caesar pizza is made with homemade pizza sauce, mozzarella, Parmesan and shredded chicken, – baked and then topped with crisp romaine, Parmesan dressing and Parmesan shavings.
I got the idea for this Caesar salad pizza when we were in Cannes, – it was on the menu in several places, and I simply had to try it, even though it isn’t exactly very French 😉
And it really was a terrific pizza, gooey and fresh at the same time. So if you love Caesar salad, I think this Caesar pizza is just the thing for you.
