It is a feast for the eyes as well as for the taste buds!
Make it for lunch, pack it for a picnic or enjoy it as a quick but nourishing meal on a busy day. It is easy to make, it tastes wonderful, and it is good for you too! What more could you ask for?
Avocado Sandwich à la Joe & The Juice – how to make it at home
To get that same Joe & The Juice feel, you need some good café-style bread or sandwich rolls. Toast them well in a panini press until they are pressed flat and ultra crisp.
After that it is really just a matter of layering on your favourite JOE’S fillings – without overloading the bread.
Voilà – easy, delicious and inexpensive sandwiches à la Joe’s.
