A really easy and seriously good little appetiser that always comes a clear first with our guests.
It is so simple to make, needs just 4 ingredients, and the flavour is quite simply superb.
The first time I heard about bakskuld I wrinkled my nose a little, – a dried, salted and smoked dab did not immediately sound like something at the top of my list of things I needed to taste, but I can tell you I was sold the moment I tried it.
Do try it, it really is a wonderful thing to eat, – the bacon of the sea 🙂
