Grilled corn on the cob with spicy dressing

Juicy corn on the cob topped with a smoky, spicy chipotle dressing and a light dusting of chilli powder.
These cobs taste wonderful – the spicy dressing is a perfect match for the sweet, juicy, crisp corn. A variation I happily make again and again, alongside this grilled corn with chilli, garlic and parsley and this grilled corn with fresh dressing and feta.
The perfect barbecue side all summer long, and the children love them – without the topping, though.
