An easy, delicious salad with rocket, cherry tomatoes, parmesan and balsamic glaze. It is so simple, and it tastes wonderful.
I love rocket salad – I think it has such a distinctive flavour. And that flavour alone means you don’t need many other ingredients to end up with a really good salad.
This rocket salad is tossed with fresh tomatoes, diced parmesan, pine nuts, freshly ground pepper and olive oil, then finished with balsamic glaze – simple and delicious.
Cutting the parmesan into small cubes gives the salad a lovely bite, so I really recommend you try it that way.
A simple rocket salad works as a side for all sorts of dishes – it is great with pizza and pasta, as a barbecue side, or alongside roast chicken, pork fillet or other white meat.
Rocket salad with balsamic glaze also goes very well with a good steak, a roast or similar.
I hope you feel like trying my recipe for an easy rocket salad.
