Creamy cauliflower salad with crunchy almonds and fresh chives – a bright combination of textures and flavours.
This salad is on our table often throughout the summer – it is so fresh and good, and an absolute must-try.
The raw cauliflower is tossed in a classic crème fraîche dressing and topped with crunchy, roughly chopped almonds – simple and good.
Cauliflower salad is the perfect side for summer barbecues, a roast chicken, a baked side of salmon or a pork tenderloin.
It takes no time to make, and the salad can easily be prepared ahead – just wait to add the almonds until right before serving.
With its creamy finish, cauliflower salad is an obvious choice for dishes served without a sauce.
