Try this wonderfully creamy bean hummus, where I’ve used white beans (cannellini beans) as the base to give it a soft, smooth texture. The hummus is seasoned with garlic, tahini and freshly squeezed lemon juice, which give it a fresh, well-balanced flavour. A good olive oil and a hint of cumin round off this lovely dip.
White bean hummus is not only easy to make, it’s also incredibly versatile. Use it as a flavourful dip for fresh vegetables, as a spread in sandwiches or as part of a colourful meze spread. It’s also ideal for livening up any meal, whether it’s a weekday dinner or a party.
