Asiatisk wok med kylling, spidskål og hoisin - Nem hverdagsret

Asian stir-fry with chicken, pointed cabbage and hoisin

This Asian stir-fry with chicken, pointed cabbage and hoisin is one of those dishes that is easy, quick and genuinely full of flavour. It’s sticky and saucy, but in a healthy way – packed with juicy minced chicken and plenty of pointed cabbage.
It’s the perfect dish if you want a flavourful weeknight dinner on the table in under 25 minutes.
Serve it on its own as a light stir-fry, or make it more filling with rice or noodles.
For extra crunch, top with toasted sesame seeds, chopped peanuts or cashews – they add both texture and an extra depth of flavour.

Tip! The hoisin sauce can easily be swapped for teriyaki or oyster sauce if that’s what you have in the cupboard. A brilliant dish that can be varied endlessly.

Method

  • Heat a little oil in a large frying pan or wok and brown the meat well.
  • Add the garlic, ginger and the white part of the spring onions and fry for a couple of minutes before adding the cabbage and carrots. Fry until the cabbage starts to wilt.
  • Pour in the soy sauce, hoisin sauce and the green part of the spring onions and fry for a couple more minutes, or until the cabbage is tender.
  • Season with freshly ground pepper and a little more soy or hoisin sauce if needed, and serve with a sprinkling of sesame seeds and lime wedges – with a portion of rice or noodles if you like.

Vil høre om den er fryse egnet da det er rart med nemme retter der kan tages op, når aftensmad er uoverskueligt:)

  7. Du nævner ikke hvornår ingefæren skal i – men formoder sammen med hvidløg?
