This combination really is something special – a classic potato pizza topped with creamy burrata, homemade pesto and serrano ham.
I make my pesto much coarser for this pizza than I normally would. I find a little crunch gives the topping a lovely texture, but do as you prefer. Pesto from a jar works perfectly well too, of course.
