This poke bowl with teriyaki salmon, avocado and chilli mayo is the ultimate combination of freshness, creaminess and umami – a bowl full of flavour and texture that makes every bite irresistible.
The star of the bowl is the juicy teriyaki salmon bites, which caramelise beautifully in the oven or air fryer with a marinade of teriyaki, ginger, garlic and chilli flakes.
Together with creamy avocado, crisp edamame beans and fresh spring onions, you get a bowl that is both filling and light at the same time.
To round off the flavours, the bowl is topped with a bang bang chilli mayonnaise – a creamy, slightly spicy dressing that ties it all together.
Perfect for lunch or dinner when you want an easy, healthy and seriously good poke bowl in no time.
