Piña Colada – a classic recipe for the popular tropical cocktail.
Piña Colada is a classic cocktail that instantly brings to mind sunshine, pale sandy beaches and long, warm summer evenings.
It is known for its creamy texture and the pairing of sweet pineapple with rich coconut, which together make a fresh, thirst-quenching drink with a well-judged balance of sweetness and acidity. A cocktail that is just as fitting for a lazy afternoon in the sun as for relaxed summer evenings with friends.
As with most cocktails, you can easily adjust the flavour to your own taste. If you want a more pronounced coconut flavour, increase the coconut – or add a little extra pineapple if you prefer a fresher, sharper drink.
A tropical favourite that tastes of holiday in a glass – a proper summer drink.

Hvor kan man købe kokoscreme ?
Hej Hanne
Jeg bestilte det på nemlig, men du kan sagtens bruge en cremet kokosmælk.
Flere mærker f.eks. Santa Maria har en kokosmælk det hedder cremet:)
