An easy pasta salad full of flavour from sun-dried tomatoes, garlic and olive oil – one of my personal favourites.
It is packed with fresh tomatoes, spinach and pasta, all tossed in a rich marinade of feta, basil, parsley and more.
Pasta salad takes no time to make and works just as well as a main-course salad as it does alongside the summer barbecue, where it is the obvious choice. Try it with a whole roast chicken, pork tenderloin or a piece of salmon.
The salad can easily be made a couple of hours ahead – let it rest in the fridge and take it out 20 minutes before serving.
Pasta salad is usually something that comes out in summer – and it often does in our house too, but I make it just as often during the rest of the year.
It is so simple, most people like it, and it can be varied endlessly.

Absolut bedste pastasalat jeg har smagt! Var løbet tør for persille og hvidløg, men den fik lidt hvidløgspulver og den var super god alligevel.
Hej Sabine

Tusind tak for din dejlige besked 🙂
