One of my favourites when fish is on the menu at home – pan-fried salmon with a good, creamy lemon pasta.
It is a dish that is very easy to put together, and the flavour is spot on. Buy a good piece of salmon; it makes a huge difference. We always buy our salmon at Fiskerikajen in Rungsted – they have excellent Faroese salmon.
