A crisp pizza base topped with minced beef, pepperoni and cocktail sausages. Sprinkle with chilli flakes before serving — it gives the pizza a lovely kick.
We named this pizza Meat Lover, because that is what a pizza like this was called back when we lived in Brussels.
Here it is topped with organic cocktail sausages and pepperoni from Hanegal, and on a pizza like this it really pays to buy good-quality ingredients, as their flavour comes through so clearly.
