An absolutely fantastic burger with minced lamb, beetroot hummus, Cheddar and red onion.
Quite possibly the best burger I have ever tasted, – minced lamb is seriously underrated in a burger like this.
It doesn’t taste strongly of lamb at all; it simply has superb flavour and really succulent, juicy meat.
It all comes together in my homemade sesame burger buns, which are so easy to bake and the best burger buns you could imagine.
