This crisp kale salad can be served all year round – it goes just as well with hearty winter dishes as with lighter summer barbecues.
The other day we served it alongside a lovely Danish roast pork (flæskesteg) cooked sous vide, and it went beautifully with the slightly rich gravy and the crisp crackling.
