Hasselback potatoes

Crisp, golden Hasselback potatoes – easy to make and absolutely delicious.
They have been my favourite potato ever since I was a child – Hasselback potatoes, or “hasselbagte kartofler” as we called them in Denmark, at least when I was growing up.
