A recipe for whole grilled langoustines, – perfect for the small ones.
Small langoustines marinated in a chilli and garlic oil and then grilled over charcoal. Not only did they taste wonderful, they smelled incredible too.
We got a bag of langoustines quite cheaply from our local fishmonger, as they were too small to sell in the shop. This is what came of it, – and the dish can of course also be made with larger langoustines.
It was such a cosy evening, sitting around the table picking the meat out of the shells with a fork, a proper relaxed meal that simply tasted so good.
We served them with this white wine pasta, but they are just as good with, for example, a fresh dressing and freshly baked baguettes.
