A classic Danish pickled cucumber salad (agurkesalat) – quick and easy to make, and it tastes wonderful.
There is nothing better than a crisp cucumber salad, homemade of course. It is really easy to make, and the flavour is simply lovely.
I like to use a little dried dill in my cucumber salad, but you can happily leave it out if it isn’t to your taste.
