I love these knots – they have a wonderful texture, soft and fluffy, and they can be varied endlessly.
These are made with a classic cinnamon remonce (the Danish butter-and-sugar filling), and they taste simply wonderful.
Some of the remonce will naturally ooze out a little during baking, but don’t worry – there is still plenty left inside the knots.
