A creamy tomato dressing (or dip) made with sun-dried tomatoes. Quick and easy to make, and it tastes wonderful.
The dressing comes together in under 5 minutes, – it is rich, creamy and quite irresistible.
Serve it with salads, grilled meat, baked potatoes, bread and the like, – an absolute favourite in our house.
Because of the sun-dried tomatoes, the dressing is on the thick side. If you would like it thinner and more pourable, you can blend half of the crème fraîche along with the mayonnaise and sun-dried tomatoes. Blending knocks the “body” out of the crème fraîche, so the dressing becomes thinner.
