Pan-fried chicken in a rich, creamy sauce packed with sun-dried tomatoes, spinach and gnocchi. A really easy one-pan dish that comes together in no time, and it tastes wonderful.
Plenty of Parmesan, garlic and freshly squeezed lemon, – the sauce is velvety, full of flavour and simply delicious.
The dish is also known as Marry Me Chicken, – because it is said that whoever you serve it to will propose to you;-)
Whether that is true is for you to judge, – and should it happen, do let me hear the story, hehe;-)
The gnocchi are boiled briefly before being folded into the sauce at the end, and the fried chicken breasts go back into the pan. If you prefer pasta, you can of course swap the gnocchi for your favourite pasta.
Gnocchi and a creamy sauce are a wonderful match, the textures are lovely, and the flavour, – mmm. A big favourite in our house, together with the juicy chicken breast.

Men tilsæt evt.lidt mozzarella, for at gøre den ekstra cremet 🙂
Warm wishes, Dianna
